Jordan Brand is releasing a new sneaker collection for Fall 2022, and the most anticipated shoe is the Air Jordan 1 OG High in a “Taxi” color scheme. The shoe will be available for purchase later in the year.
The original “Taxi” Air Jordan was the Air Jordan 12 that Michael Jordan wore during the 1996-97 NBA championship season. This year, Jordan released several versions of the “Taxi” Jordan 1, including a Low, Mid, and Flyease Low.
This new Air Jordan 1 High OG “Taxi” sneaker has a color scheme called “Bred Toe”, which usually has red accents but in this case, they’re replaced with a Taxi Yellow color on the ankle flap and toe box. The tongue tag is white with a debossed Wings logo on the ankle flap. The Swoosh logo is in black, and the sole is white with a Taxi Yellow outsole. This sneaker is not the same as the one made for Zach Myers and his band Shinedown.
