Dunks & Nike SB

The Nike Dunk was first introduced in 1985 as a team-based basketball shoe. It quickly gained popularity among college basketball teams, and was featured in Nike’s “Be True to Your School” campaign, which featured Dunk High and Dunk Low versions in colors representing each university. Over the years, the Nike Dunk has undergone several changes and has been released in retro form. Today, it is a cultural icon and has been the subject of many sought-after collaborations and colorways. In 2002, Nike introduced the Nike SB line, which included a skateboarding version of the Nike Dunk with extra padding and Zoom Air cushioning. The shoe’s clean design and basketball heritage make it a timeless classic, and new releases like the “Foam Finger” and “Reverse Brazil” continue to attract fans of the brand.
